Hello, hello!

I've been a major Epic Fail when it comes to maintaining my website lately. Sorry kids!

Can't say I've been impressed to some of the Press Releases I've received lately, or offers from PR firms. Anything that has been on a more personal level has been posted over at Orange County Moms Blog.

In catching up, I'd first like to apologize for my long sabbatical. I was away on business for a few days, then it literally took me a few days to recover physically from that business trip. Since then I have also been quite busy with work and family.

Today makes 24 weeks of pregnancy, which is almost like a sign of relief for me. As most of you ladies know out there, usually around the 24 week a baby becomes viable if they must be born. I'm definitely not going in to labor any time soon, or in any danger of doing so but it is still a nice thing to know that everything *could* work out if needed.

I was lucky enough to spend Mother's Day with my own mother at a lovely Spa. We will definitely strive to make it an annual thing, but I have requested to change venues for next year. Without naming the venue, I'd like to say I wasn't all that impressed- but I think I just had a stroke of bad luck. Nonetheless, I won't be back!

Things are rolling along, and as my nesting instinct starts to kick in hard-core now that I have reached the third trimester I will start to direct many of my posts towards do-it-yourself decorating and home improvement. There is nothing better than a pregnancy woman armed with paint swatches, fabric, plywood, and a sewing machine!
